54 orders with excellent reviews but still lvl 1?

I have completed 54 orders with excellent reviews in 28 days but still waiting for lvl up? I have sent message to support but still waiting. Any ideas ?

You must wait 60 days to leave up to Level 2. After 60 days with 50+ sales and a high feedback eaton you will be upgraded automatically.

Same here , Im at like 77 orders. In order to get to level 2 you need to complete 2 months and at least a certain amount of orders. I think its 30 within the second month. I might be wrong.

Also, at the bottom of your Analytics page (Sales>Analytics) you’ll see your Level tracker. This will indicate how close you are to achieving your next Level.
