Souffle! Shakshuka! fry 'em up sunny side up! Fritatta! (Spanish) Tortilla! Greek potato omelette (don’t try this, only ancient little old Greek ladies make this work)! Quiche! Tea eggs! Egg salad (for sandwiches)! Egg and chips (fries)! Microwaved egg!

I could go on. Most of these are pretty basic. I also have some more advanced egg stuff like the Greek avgolemono (egg-lemon) sauce, but much like making your own mayonnaise, it requires some knowledge of emulsion. But if you would learn that, you could learn MAYONNAISE! and a whole bunch of weird Greek food with avgolemono as the star.

I usually just chop up a bunch of veg, fry them untl they’re cooked to my liking then toss some eggs in then mix it all up until it looks done. Or, if I’m really lazy, fry potatoes until cooked, toss them in a pan, and mix it all up without a care in the world for finesse.

If you really can’t cook/don’t have time/can’t be bothered, get some bread. Put cheese in bread. Eat. Slowly metamorphize into Jabba the Hutt.

PS: don’t forget your spices. Freshly-ground black pepper and egg is very good, especially with salt. Being Indian, you’ll want a bit more flavor than that. chilli power, garam masala and a dash of cumin and coriander (powder).

Try the souffle first. Ideally, put on a YT video of Gordon Ramsey yelling at people for their shit souffles so you feel targeted and are even more likely to screw it up. Film yourself doing all this and stick it on YT with a clickbaity title like, IDK, “Gordon Ramsey screams at clueless Indian souffle-maker!”

HTH.

Or invent the world’s first cofee omelette. This is your time to shine! Be sure to give it an exotic Eastern name so you sucker in a bunch of gullible westerners into trying it too.

Take some

pancakes

add a dash of

Gordon Ramsey

and a bit of

scrambled eggs in the morning with steamed spinach

Let simmer.

(I’ve tried this, good stuff. But go easy with the turmeric)

Scrambled eggs with spinach and parmesan

Whisk 2 large eggs in a small bowl; season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper and set aside. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 3 cups baby spinach and cook, tossing, until wilted, about 1 minute. Add eggs; cook, stirring occasionally, until just set, about 1 minute. Stir in 1-2 tablespoons grated Parmesan. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes. (from epicurious)
I would add some chopped onion and mushrooms also.

I’ve only recently discovered putting eggs in indian curry, which was surprisingly delicious! Add a chopped boiled egg in just before serving (otherwise the yolks go a bit mushy) and it is YUM!

I love eggs in soup - any kind of broth, even miso etc, if I ever eat Ramen, I always drop an egg in just before the end, let it sit for a bit while it is cooling down enough to eat, then stir through.

I love a chinese dish (shi hong shi chow dan) which is basically scrambled eggs with fried tomatoes and a little soy sauce (the juice tomatoes forms a bit of a gravy/sauce as they are cooking). Fried rice with egg we have a bit. I haven’t tried the raw egg over rice, but will give that a go for sure!

Scramble, omelette, frittata (baked omelette) boiled eggs with mayo and lettuce sandwich, poached eggs on toast, so many yums!

I’ve done keto a few times, but I don’t eat meat (except a little fish sometimes) so I ended up eating eggs most days, so I had to get creative or I got soooooo sick of eating scramble/fried eggs.

I even put a raw egg into my morning smoothies at one point - couldn’t really taste it, but was good for added protein.

Shallot pepper? I’ve not seen that in stores. Shallots make anything delicious.

Omelettes where you beat the eggs for ten minutes with an electric mixer with whipping creme added, mix in chopped onions and tiny cooked potato cubes, and add some sour cream on top afterwards is a great way to make an omelette.

You can get it through a spice catalog or website. Good stuff

Hard boil several large eggs. Once finished, place in a pan of cold water to cool. When cool enough to handle, take a permanent marker and write on each egg, "TEMPORARY HOME HELP AND/OR EGG SPECIFIC RECIPE BOOKS WANTED. CALL NOW ON (Insert non-traceable pay as you go cell phone number here).

When ready, place all your eggs in a basket and carefully scatter them one by one around Bangalore.

When finished, return home and crack several more eggs into a large bowl, add grated cheese, paprika, finely chopped onion and garlic, and then soak as many slices of bread as you can into the mix. Leave for a few minutes and in the meantime, heat a skillet on high. When hot, add the egg-soaked bread and fry quickly while turning as each of the sides browns.

Now eat. This will hopefully keep you going until someone responds to one of your egg ads.

place all your eggs in a basket

I have heard this is not a good idea, placing them in separate baskets would be wiser.

Yes, but with my recipe/egg based recruitment drive, Writer would still have the eggs at home which he would need to make his very scrumptious eggy bread.

Also, in practice, I know that Writer wouldn’t dare to walk around handing out eggs with his phone number on, he’d simply get Alfred to chauffeur him around and lower the window occasionally to hand out each egg like a gift from a visiting VIP. - I just didn’t want to go into that much elaborate detail.
