Paypal is greyed out on my revenue page

I haven’t clicked it but if I hover the mouse over it I get the message ‘withdrawal in progress’. I have funds in my account. Is this to encourage us to use bank transfers?

It might also mean that someone has initiated a chargeback with Paypal and some funds have been removed from your account to cover it.

You can ask customer support what it means if you have not withdrawn funds recently.
