Need help with keyword search & other stuff

If I wanted to hire someone to research and write me articles related to women’s role: attire, education and career which keywords should I put?

I’m thinking 500 to 1500 words, too much or too little? I know exactly what I want, I’m just not sure how many words are sufficient.
