Contact Customer Support.

Most probably your messaging abilities have been removed.

Because someone decided to make a complain against you.
Again, create a single ticket with Fiverr and wait for them to respond to you.

The messaging may/may not be restored after 24 hours.

If it’s only one buyer then the buyer’s probably been suspended or left or reported. If you don’t want to just forget about it then you have to contact CS. We can’t help you on the forum.
