Make some gigs ONLY custom offers

Sellers should have the option to make some of their gigs only custom offers, where the buyer first contacts the seller and requests a custom offer.

This would allow a price quote of a service that matches the buyer’s requirements perfectly.

It would eliminate underpricing which happens when buyers select from the menu,
and then want a lot more than what they paid for.
