Buyer requests still active?

Hey. So until one or two weeks ago I always had around 50-100 active buyer requests to which I could apply, but lately I have 5.000+ and they are not fresh, they go way into past days. So why are they still in active section (even those I already send offer are there)?
Any idea if it is a bug or what as it is quite anoying. 🙂
