If our buyer mistakenly leave a 3 star review, what should we do?

Hello Everyone,

Before some days one of my buyer mistakenly leave a 3 star review and his order also not completed.
so i ask his, why he complete the order. then the buyer told me he mistakenly done it, Now here i
don’t have any fault & buyer also told that he just mistakenly did it. so i edit the review by using
review editing feature. But this features are limited for us now in future if any buyer do the same thing and i don’t have options for edit review then then what should i do?

First Click Resolve Now (resolution center) at order page. If it does not solve your problem then contact Customer Support and show them the screenshot of your conversation with buyer.
