Hi ecover_360, Thanks for posting your issue. In my opinion your gig clicks and views are high but somehow the orders are very low. Buyers want to purchase your gig but in your gig descriptions or pricing plan not match to them. Please try to focus and change the descriptions in details for better understands. Change your gig thumbnails with some brighter look.

From looking at your metrics, you seem to be doing OK. geting orders from 7-10% of your views is a pretty good conversion.

Just focus on promoting your gigs to get more views.
