Just tried to place an order. Money got deducted from bank account and All does website says is “Oh no!
We are having a problem processing this order.
Please contact our support team for assistance.”

Also the order does not show in my orders 😫

This is totally unacceptable from buyer’s point of view.

Only Customer Support can look into it. Fiverr staff rarely visits the forum; forum users are sellers and buyers.

Customer Support might take 24-48 hours to respond to you.
