Money got deducted from bank account and All does website says is “Oh no!We are having a problem processing this order.Please contact our support team for assistance.”Also the order does not show in my orders 😫This is totally unacceptable from buyer’s point of view.Can you please look into it?I have raised a Support ticket for it as well. So far no activity on it.

Fiverr staff rarely visits the forum; forum users are sellers and buyers.Customer Support might take 24-48 hours to respond to you.
