I can not upload an image that is required for selling. It tells me that the image must be a minimum of 692x459. I have tried this exact amount, above and below, and can not upload any image at all. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to do to upload an image. Thank you.

Whilst the image must have a minimum requirement as stated by the Fiverr Admins the size must not exceed a certain amount which is 5Mb.

I have used lower than 5MB. I have even used the exact size it states as the minimum and picture still does not upload. Any other ideas?
