How to change Profile Background

Anyone know if you can change your profile background. I’ve seen some users with different backgrounds but I’m stumped on how to change mine.

It seems to be related to the category of one of your Gigs; e.g., yours is Design (I guess?), so you get pencils; mine is Translation, so I get some rolled-up documents.
