Need Graphic Design Help

Hi, everyone!

I need some assistance. I have a friend who has a pencil-drawn character that will be part of the logo / mascot for his new company. The image is drawn in pencil on a piece of regular note paper (I have a high-res scan of the image). What he needs is a graphic designer who can then take that image and create a new, fully rendered in color ‘caricature’ of the exact image to use for logo / social media / marketing purposes.

Since I’m not a graphic designer, I hope this makes sense. Please point me in the right direction of a seller that offers these services, as I’ve already tried to contact a few but have not been getting replies. Please, someone who’s good at this, help take my money! : )
