The buyer hit the thumbs down by accident, can he correct it?

Hi guys,

I have a problem with a consumer. She give me a good review but she apperently hit the wrong button during the rating process… It’s a returning consumer and she is very pleased with my work. I’ve worked so hard on her order, but my rating has dropped of 100% to 90%. I’m really disapointed!

Do you know if there’s a way this consumer can correct the rating she gave me? Does it happened to any of you?

Yes. It happened to me too a couple of days ago.

Just send a message to the buyer, point out the error to him or her, and tell him or her to remove and replace the negative review with a positive one.

It can be easily done with the click of a button. Do not be disappointed.
