Please can someone tell me how to give a refund to a buyer!

Ok I did this Translation Job for a buyer, delivered it, and the gig was marked completed, now here’s the problem, he/she wants a refund,

saying he/she’s not satisfied with the Job, I’m thinking they didn’t take a look at the job before marking it as complete,

The issue is not about whether I’m going to refund or not because I’ve decided to do so, I just need to know how to go about it since the gig has been marked as completed, so nothing like cancellation or whatnot. … so I need advice Asap, so I can get on with other Jobs and “my life in general”
