Better you contact customer support for this question answer , however many emoji / symbol allowed in fiverr messages for communication with buyer but no where explained that you can also you emoji / symbol in gig description as using emoji / symbol in gig description make gig unprofessional at some point.

However some seller use this in gig description , but officially there is no explanation about how to use this , and where can allow to use…
