Mention the type of site you are offering the links etc from in the first sentence. I tend to skim through (others I know do as well). Nowadays, with Penguin, it’s more important than PR anyways. I would take one link from a PR 3 site in my genre over 10 links from an unrelated PR 5 site without a thought. And the duration is a big factor too. PR is third, at best for me…
