About new feature "Promote gig"

Hello

I recently notice 1 thing on fiverr ‘Promote gig’ option. Unfortunately this is not for all buyers. In this feature fiverr take 5%, 10% and 15% from gig revenues. Its really bad way to promote gig. As i am level two seller i receive at least 100+ order a month but now i didn’t receive that much orders. Also my friends also complaining about their reduce sells from last 2 months. So help me what to do in this situation? Support me so we can talk with customer support to remove this feature.
