Hello friends, i’m new to fiverr, i’ve been here for a week, and my gig : MAKING facebook accounts with usa, europe friends has been doing great. What i do is create a brand new account and get it 200 friends in one day, then sell it to the buyer, but i am affraid that facebook might sue me or something like that, i really want to keep doing this gig, because it’s doing very well, could you guys please give me your opinions about it, and should i stop doing it ?

I highly doubt Facebook would sue you; after all, to them, you are a small fish in a very large ocean. However, from an ethical point of view, it isn’t something I would personally do for a living. Lately, Fiverr has been toughening up on sellers that offer accounts, likes, follows, etc., so you may find they deactivate your gig - just something to keep in mind.

Not as far as I know. If a gig contravenes their terms, they’ll remove it - no questions asked.

See:

Gigs may be removed by Fiverr for violations to these Terms of Service, which may include (but are not limited to) the following violations and/or materials:

Illegal or Fraudulent services

Copyright Infringement, Trademark Infringement, and violation of a third party’s terms of service reported through our Intellectual Property Claims Policy found here

Adult oriented services, Pornographic, Inappropriate/Obscene

Intentional copies of Gigs

Spam, Nonsense, or Violent Gigs

Gigs misleading to buyers

Reselling of regulated goods

Services that extend beyond 30 days of service duration

By selling a Facebook account, you are violating Facebook’s ToS. So, in turn, you are violating Fiverr’s ToS.

but that won’t make them deactivate my account ? they’ll just delete the gig?

Generally, they will just remove the offending gig, as far as I know.

But, this snippet is also in their ToS:

Gigs that are removed for violations mentioned above, may result in the suspension of the seller’s account.

oh that’s dangerous ! should i remove it, knowing it’s the only gig working for me.

Personally, I would remove the gig. It’s entirely up to you, though - you can continue and run the risk of getting banned, or remove the gig and offer alternative services.

Is it only me, or I think artificial boosting of any account, anywhere, not only on Facebook, is highly against the rules, not only here, but on the platform under question too? That’s not organic traffic or organic subscribers/followers. That’s just an artificially inflated balloon with air. That’s not cool, man. Not cool. You don’t know how not cool is that.

What i do is create a brand new account and get it 200 friends
