Can't Unsubscribe from Forum Updates

Somebody, anybody - please help! It seems like no matter what I adjust in my forum preferences, I’m still getting individual updates multiple times per day from threads that I never even visited. How do I turn this off? I don’t want to receive ANY email notifications from the Fiverr forum - what must I do to stem the tide of unwanted emails?

It’s really very simple…just go to your forum settings and make the changes…you have to unclick a box, that’s all…maybe someone can show you the screenshots…I can’t because I am watching a cricket match between India and England 🙂
