Work delivered befor placing an order

Hello,
Fiverr Community.
Yesterday, a buyer asked for some work and fortunately, I already had that code in my computer so, I did little customization according to his needs and he accepted that and then he told me do a little bit more customization , hence I did and sent him.
Now He is not even responding me. Should I contact fiverr support to take legal action against him or not. I know its my fault , but I did so, to keep the cancellation rate is low as possible.
if I contact fiverr support , would they also take action against me ?
and would it affect my profile.
I am nee here. Need suggestions please.

He didn’t buy it, so what can you claim for?

You shouldn’t do any work without an order. And you cannot contact with fiverr support, because this is your fault, you shuld do work after buyer place order.
