Buyer beware of Kindle royalty

Having paid for an ebook cover designed specifically for Kindle by a Fiverr designer advertising herself as Kindle royalty I now find that having been uploaded successfully by Kindle it has been rejected by Amazon their reason - the image is an sRGB color profile image and “We recommend converting your file from CMYK and sRGB before resubmitting.” Much of this means nothing to me but in order to complain I need an order number which I have not got. Furthermore I gather that my Kindle princess is no longer on Fiverr books. My only consolation is that I shall only be bitten once.
