Need Urgent help and support on this from Fiverr

I did successfully had withdrawn my earnings yesterday but I made the mistake of refunding $10 dollars from Paypal to Fiverr.

I am not really sure what happened since those $10 need to be on my fiverr account but they are NOT. I have emailed Fiverr Customer Support but I don’t any reply from them. I am going to spend those $10 on two gigs here on Fiverr.

They have not responded. I know that they have alot of request but it still makes sense that if i am refunding that money back to Fiverr since Paypal has the transaction as “completed.” I contacted Paypal yesterday as it is the same day that it happened basically because I did this Wednesday night by accident. Paypal has never failed on any transaction. I called them on their 1 800 number. I don’t know what happened 😮
