I later purchased a gig and the balance was nil but still the status is “withdrawal on progress” what could be the problem.Tanks

In the event there may have been a technical issue preventing withdrawal, they could identify that for you.In some cases, it could also be due to an error on PayPal’s end, such as your account not being verified or not being eligible to receive international payments.The best advice I can give, though, is to contact CS and have them take a look.
