Withdrawal issues with account

Hello
My revenue section had a problem and I tried to withdraw but the money was not deposited to my paypal account. I later purchased a gig and the balance was nil but still the status is “withdrawal on progress” what could be the problem.

It takes a little while for the money to transfer to your account. If it takes more than a day you should contact Fiverr Support.

Contact Fiverr CS about this, since they should have your withdrawal transaction information on hand. In the event there may have been a technical issue preventing withdrawal, they could identify that for you.

In some cases, it could also be due to an error on PayPal’s end, such as your account not being verified or not being eligible to receive international payments.

The best advice I can give, though, is to contact CS and have them take a look. Good luck!
