Your question really needs to include more detail to get an good answer.

Are you trying to cancel your entire Fiverr account, one of you gig listings, or just one particular transaction?

If it is just one transaction, what stage it is in may change the answer. Have you exchanged details or special requests with the buyer? Delivered the order to the buyer? Had feedback left? Any “gig extras” or “request a gig” issues involved?

To cancel an order you click on the tab at the top of your order named: ‘Resolution Center’ choose 1 of 3 available options, enter a reason, cross your fingers, hope for the best.

Always ask for a mutual cancellation otherwise you ratings will go down and you risk losing your hard earned level 1.
