Does anyone know if you are able to post customers feedback in the description of your gig?

Here are some examples that I would like to post:

htl_group

Dear Pastor Dre:

Reviews are routinely posted after your gigs.

You have 1200 characters available in your gig description, so if you have room, you could copy and paste the feedback.

If you have Frequently Asked Questions for your gig, you could place the feedback there (not sure how many characters are available per question, but that’s easy to find out).

Example:
Q: Has anybody ever told you that your gig is awesome?
A: Why, yes, they have: “htl_group
AWESOME!!! MET AND EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! A+ SELLER”

Also, if they allow an image or video to appear in your Live Portfolio, an excerpt of their feedback appears there, at the top of your gig.
Beyond that, I have no idea.

Good luck,
Blaise

To add to Blaise’s comment, if you are handy with Photoshop/image editing software, you should be able to put together an image of past customer feedback. Then, save it as a PDF and add the file to your gig’s portfolio.

Dear Mr. Proofreading:

I had not thought of that!

Great idea!

Proofreaders are so awesome!

(I’m not one to say that about myself, I’ve just heard it said ABOUT me…)

Good luck,

Blaise

I think it’s not necessary to paste some customer feedback in your gig description because buyers can easily go through feedback you received when they surf through your gig or profile. As you have only 1200 characters, you should focus more on providing detailed information regarding the service you offer. You can simply add a line such as “Please check out my customer reviews” to your gig description.

I also agree with @mrproofreading, but you can even use simple online tools or just Paint (if you are using Windows OS) to create some images for your gig. I used Paint to create my gig images 🙂 You can add some screenshots of your customer feedback in your video or in one of the 2 gig images (550x370). It surely helps you present your gig in a professional manner.
