Forgot my security question?

Hi Friends,
I’ve set a security Question on my fiverr account and now i forgot my security question can somebody help me. I’ve contacted Customer Service They Ask me to do this…

I don’t have any of these things what they are asking from me. They are asking me for my payoneer cark what i attached. BUT i never attach any payoneer to this account. So how can i send them a scan of it…???

This is either OR. They want you to provide the things in the paragraph under the Paypal Header OR the things in the paragraph under the Payoneer Header, not both.
