Buyer request not working

I’ve been constantly refreshing the buyer request page since yesterday, but I haven’t seen a single new buyer request. Is this normal?

I think so. I haven’t had any new buy requests in about 24 hours. Is there anyone else with this same problem?

How late is 12 AM in a 24 hours clock? 00:00 or 12:00?

Well you at least SEE something in the buyer section. I literally have had zero buyer requests in the last 24 hours.
