Cancellation Ratio

I have completed more than 10 orders now and I have been fiverr more than month. Also I have 100% excellent ratings. But I am not yet promoted to level one. I think my cancellation ratio is too much. I have 28% cancellation ratio. But some of my cancellations are mistakes from buyers. That times I have no other option so I had to accept their mutual cancellations. I have three orders cancels like that. They are mistakenly ordered by buyers, there is no fault from me. 😦



I just need to know are there any ways to remove those cancels. If you have any idea for me to get rid of these cancellations it will be a big help for me to get level one. Please help me. 😦

I think you should contact the costumer service, and ask them that. I had one cancellation and one bad rating (I am trying to resolve that problem with costumer service too), and got promoted to level one.

There is currently an on-going partition about cancellations affecting your level and cancellation ratio, because when it’s a mutual cancellation I don’t think it should have ANY negative effects, what if the buyer no longer wants what he ordered? I haven’t started the work so if he doesn’t want it why would I start? Reasons like this I completely understand.
