The fiverr support customer request form is too slow

When you submit a ticket, it tells you that it can take a day or so to get a response. An hour would be unusual no matter what level you were. I’ve waited a week for responses from my cable company, my electric company, etc. A couple of days isn’t slow for most issues. Why would you expect a small company like Fiverr to handle thousands of requests and get an answer to you in an hour? All the sellers on Fiverr are human and sometimes need help. Your request is like the rest.

You are welcome to post about your problem and see if anyone here can advise you, but Customer Support is doing all they can. Take care not to get impatient and contact them more than once, or you may make it much worse.
