Dashboard is showing gigs I've finished as undelivered

Two gigs were delivered, well before time, but my To Do list shows them as undelivered. They look like they uploaded fine for the buyer. One buyer did get hers, one I don’t know. I’ve had no word from support other than it was assigned a number (June 23) and is waiting for a team member. I have not heard from that buyer, at all, although I uploaded the file again the next day on the 24th, it is still showing as undelivered.

I had similar issues with very old messages still showing as needing action after switching to V2. But even if I clicked them to try to add an answer or find a delete button, there was no action possible, so I just let them sit there. Did send a friendly 1 sentence note to CS, in case it became an issue later, but these were all completed gigs with me as buyer, so I was not too worried.



They all went away for me yesterday - are now “grayed out” with a strike-through line, and not longer need any action.



Who knows when your "To Do " list will get fixed, but maybe they will just get around to it like they did with me. But agree with bachas85 - a quick, short, nice note to CS now gives you a paper trail if there are problems later.

Well still no response from Customer Service, I’ve now got a big red notice on my gig order page saying ##LATE## on the clock. I have delivered, redelivered, tried the old fiverr and my buyer said that he did get everything I sent him. Today I sent him a message asking him to click on the thumbs up or down thing on his order page. Don’t know if he has that on there or not.



I placed a customer service request before when this happened and it took awhile to resolve but now I am not even getting a response. I have updated my same request twice now but nothing comes back to me from the team.



I assumed I was asked to work with the new fiverr format so I could help them fix bugs but obviously there are so many problems they don’t have time to fix them let alone respond to support requests with several updates to them. It is very discouraging.

Yay! At last without hearing back from cs, last night I again pressed delivery on the page where the order is and lo and behold, it actually came back as delivered! This morning I got a note from cs saying it seems like my last delivery was fine and they were closing my request. The other order delivery went through fine this morning, so hopefully that glitch has been taken care of.
