How Impressions,Clicks,Views impact our appearance on Fiverr?

Hi, I’m a newbie over here. I’m very confused about these three things in my gigs. Sometimes they are with green arrows and sometimes red. What exactly they are? And how many impressions and views a normal gig should have? And please tell me how they are affecting our sales and our appearance at fiverr. Thanks in advance
