Portfolio not updating

I have sold about 3 items from a gigi and the portfolio is not showing them, is this normal? what do I do?

Please note that your buyers have the option to not display their delivered work on your portfolio even if you have enabled the feature.

Hi everybody, yes @lafaraz is right the buyer has the option to show it or not.

Please request your buyer to do that.
