Withdraw money

Hy,friends I have problem to receive my earning, I withdraw by PayPal ,I click on PayPal & now my balance is 0 but I not get mony in my PayPal account, i called to PayPal but he said we not received any payment now what I have to do please help me .I am so upset.

You have to click the link in the confirmation email. Check your spam/junk folder. If that still fails you can try Customer Support. Sometimes they can help.

You should use the same e-mail,for account at Fiverr and for account at Paypal…When you update the profile at Fiverr you have to confirm the e-mail that is connected with paypal account…
