I just posted a response to a thread and immediately it was under review.
This post is under review.

All I said was that if I can’t do a good job for someone who is requesting something I don’t offer I would like to be able to cancel the order so they get a refund.

If it was a response to a thread that was longer than 1 page, it might be a bug that´s still not resolved, if you click on any page number of a multi-page thread you´ll get that ‘is under review’ page atm.
