When part of the gig states that artist gives “Commercial use”, is this a transferral of copyrights that come with the gig? What does it actually imply?

According to Fiverr’s Terms of Service, the transfer of copyrights for work ordered is automatically transferred to the buyer at the time the seller delivers the order – unless the seller states otherwise in their gig details… If the seller is stating that he/she gives “commercial use” to buyers, this likely means that he/she is establishing new terms, and is keeping the copyrights, while giving you the right to license the work for commercial use.

In this case, the seller is NOT granting you the copyrights to the work he/she delivers.
