Not happy with the design

Hi, I’m new to Fiverr and made my first order from a seller whose listing looks really good, professional and unique, %100 positive reviews.
I paid $189 for 2 gigs. Today I got a draft from her, and I was so disappointed with the designs - I could easily do them myself with any simple online website. So I feel scammed, but do I have any chance to get my money back? What’s the best way to sort this out?
Thanks!

Try to contact her, if she can refund or redo your work. I use a simple policy with my buyers (which is why most of my buyer stick with me and never go for other sellers). The policy is, I will work until my buyer 100% satisfy. I never count revisions cause I know if I provide something to my buyer which make their business profitable then definitely they will comeback to me and order more. If you seller could not satisfy you by any mean, then you have to change it.

Viste my profile, and you will see how my buyer stick with me.

Communication goes a long way. Make sure to communicate with your seller. Try to explain what you had in mind and tell her why you don’t like the current draft. Be fair and give her the opportunity to get it right and go from there. Good luck!

Doesn´t help you now of course, but for future gigs, something you often read on the forum is the tip to first order ‘a small gig’, something for 5$, that might already show you a few things regarding both quality and professionalism of a seller. As a seller I completely understand, if a customer who is thinking about giving me a several hundred $ order, first wants me to do a smaller one, or even a sample (if that´s possible, depends on the kind of work obviously).
