Funds Pending for Clearance

I cant find a order in my funds pending for clearance… its a order for 75$ The order its ready, with 5 stars etc and I can see orders Most recently delivered in this list funds pending for clearance
Has something happened to them?

It takes 14-17 days or so for funds to clear after delivery. If yours are still pending, maybe they are not fully cleared yet. Has it been that long since the orders were marked complete?

Yes I know but the order maked complet 5 days ago.
and its strange. Another cliente just mark completed him order now and automatically enters in “funds pending for clearance”

Even if the order has been marked as complete it will still show as “pending clearance” for up to 17 days. After that it will show as “cleared”.

I think you meant that the order is complete but the money earned is still not in the pending for clearance list. So, either-

1. Your buyer did the dirty Paypal dispute trick.
2. You are not looking carefully.

If the case is nothing from above then, contact CS.

Yes I agree with @ taverr, the best you can do is contact CS. A lot of things happens and sometimes it is do to us not checking or understanding the system properly.
