I am not leveling up…..What should I do?

Hi Guys,

I am not leveling up and need your advice on this.I have contacted CS but they said that I have used violence which is why I am not promoted.I haven’t broken any rules and have a 5 star rating overall.What should I do?Any advises or suggestions?

Are you sure you understood Customer Service? Please paste the exact text they sent you or upload a screenshot of it. Perhaps then it would be easier to advise you. It is not against the forum rules to post messages from Fiverr.

Sorry I am new to fiverr I didn’t quite understood what u said and meant by my client knows everything, and he suppose to tell me about live preview.And does it make any difference to sell anything to a seller.

An “experienced writer” on Fiverr mistaking violations for violence?

Ok, that makes better sense. That doesn’t say violence. It says that you broke the rules on Fiverr. (Violated the Terms of Service = broke the rules.) You won’t level up unless you get enough real orders with good reviews or no reviews and if you don’t follow the Terms of Service, you can’t ever level up.

I just checked you profile bro. and i noticed that you have 11 out of 13 reviews from a single buyer who is a seller also. it seems strange and it might be the reason to not promote you to next level.

emmaki is pointing out that you claim to be an experienced writer, yet you don’t write like one. In addition, an experienced writer would have a better grasp on the meaning of English words, and would not mistake the word “violations” for “violence”.

She is also pointing out that you should not craft a gig that tries to fool people into believing that you are good at something that, in truth, you are not.

Many people in Pakistan, such as yourself, pretend to have certain skills that they clearly do not. It is unwise to pretend to have “experienced” skills that you cannot effectively demonstrate in your gigs, or in your interaction with others who may question your abilities in those skills.

That is what emmaki was essentially pointing out.
