If I am not misunderstanding the question, it depends. If you are the buyer it means that you pressed the button to ask for a revision. If you are the seller, it means your buyer wants a revision.

Status Rejected Means your buyer need modification in your service as per order. so modify with client requirement and re-deliver again. Thanks
