Does the automatic cancellation remove the review?

Let’s suppose that the buyer leaves a negative review. If I Initiate the mutual cancellation and the buyer do not accept it and the order automatically gets canceled after 48 hours, will this remove the negative review?
Is it same as if the buyers accepts the cancellation request?

No, the buyer would have to remove the review manually.
