Question about copyright

Hello.

I’m not sure if it’s the right section for questions like this or i should post it in Fiverr FAQ.

I’ve finally developed the technique for creating realistic dry brush strokes (like the one in attachment) and i was planning to start a gig. Let’s say i’m gonna do the lettering with this technique. What i’m not sure about is whether i can reuse the strokes i already used in previous works or not. I’d like to evade DMCA problems involving me or people who buy from me.

I’d really appreciate if someone more experienced with copyright could help.
