What is the \"Ad\" caption that shows on search results

Hallos,

I’m a seller on fiverr and occasionally I search Fiverr for certain keywords in order to check my gig ranking. However I noticed something a little different. Some gigs have an “Ad” caption at the top left of their thumbnail. I am curious why that shows or has fiverr changed it from Featured to Ad or is Fiverr cooking up some advertising scheme.

That is a new feature Fiverr is beta testing with some sellers where Fiverr will promote the sellers gig for a higher commission that comes from a sale because it was promoted.
