Problem facing on sent any offer by lacking of positive ratings

I have faced a problem for sent any offer to any buyer .Exactly showed the message that your positive rating is below 90%.So I need 90% positive rating.
At this moment I have 60% positive rating How can I increase the the positive please any one suggested or help to me.

The only way to improve your rating is to get more positive reviews to balance out the bad one. However, I’m guessing nobody wants to buy from you because you failed to deliver your very first order. Maybe someone will order your Linux gig and doesn’t notice the 1-star review on your profile.

In the future make sure you deliver your orders on time.

Change your English language skills from ‘fluent’ to ‘conversational’ for starters. It’s certainly not fluent and when a potential buyers looks at your profile and sees this claim, he most likely doubts how honest you are about your skills necessary for the gigs you offer.

That negative feedback is of course a bummer for you, but with two more sales you can level it out. It’s not easy at this stage but it’s possible.
