Has anyone gotten a notice to change their password?

I’ve always had the same password but recently got an email:

Dear misscrystal,

We noticed that your account was recently accessed from a different location than usual. To secure your account, you are required to change your password immediately. Please create a strong password that combines upper and lowercase letters and numbers.
This is a good opportunity to remind you of our safety tips, which are relevant for any platform.

I contacted support and they confirmed the email was from them but couldn’t give more information. I’m wondering if someone accessed my account now. I haven’t logged in from
any place else lately. I’ve had money ready to withdraw for the past few days which was still there. I did go ahead and change my password.
