Failed to deliver my first order. What should I do?

Hi fiverrs,
I’m new here. I’ve got a order last week and that was my first order. I didn’t understand at first that the task was over my skill. I tried everything to deliver that order but I couldn’t. Now my rating is empty. What should I do to recover from that?

Please help me out.

You’ll have to get more orders. If the gig you had up is still up, you should probably remove it and only make gigs for things you are SURE you can do. If you get an order you cannot do, offer a mutual cancellation to the buyer.

Hey Maruf, Your gigs are pretty cool. There are ways to get sales immediately. One of the best way to get traffic on your gigs from related forums where you actively participate. Try to understand buyer’s needs before starting an order. And before delivering order ask your buyer to check is that okay what he/she requested. Hope it’ll help you.

Actually I misunderstood what my client was asking for. Now I start getting orders again and doing fine.
