Questionable buyer request

I saw this request earlier:

“Need to find SSN Number Using Personal information and Date of birth.”

SSN+Personal Info+DOB in the wrong hands is recipe for fraud. Only a few industries (insurance, credit/loan are what I can think of right now) require SSN in transactions and I’m pretty sure most would want to keep their SSN secret.

How can it be, that a BR like that gets through, while there are Buyers complaining that their BRs get stuck in reviewing? Just wondering if you have any info as to that?
