I dont know if fiverr actually has a TOS or not, Whatever, If it has too There is nothing you can do as a seller , I would say keep up good work do hard work spend more time build your reputation, Then fiverr will take second thought before doing anything against you, once they earn good money by you, They would not choose to close you for a simple issue,
Its a commercial mind, So take it easy, and bad luck exist everywhere so nobody is safe from it,
