Download not possible

I cannot download the file I got transmitted. It says : “Dies ist die Originaldatei, welches dir ermöglicht zukünftige Änderungen vorzunehmen. Verbesser deine Lieferung um eine Quelldatei beizufügen.”

How can I check the gig and download the file?

Not sure what that is about, but just in case you don´t know German (though I assume you´re having the language for the fiverr UI set to German to even see that?), in English it says ‘This is the original file, which enables you to make future changes. Improve your delivery in order to attach a source file.’

You´re a seller who tried to download a buyer’s file, or a buyer who tried to download a seller’s file? I can´t make much sense from that bit really. As far as I´m aware one only talks about ‘delivery’ about the files the sellers deliver, makes sense too obvously, so why/how you should, if you´re a buyer, improve your delivery, is beyond me.

What kind of file was it? Or what type of gig did you order? Some categories have a watermark feature for example if you have ordered an art gig. I don’t understand the German sentence either. You can always talk to your seller. Tell him you are experiencing issues with the download or contact customer support for assistance.
