What should I do when the problem is from buyer but she kept blaming us

Hi,

I have a problem with buyer. She wanted a Powerpoint presentation converted to video format. And we’ve already done it and delivered her a mp4 video.

She loved it but the problem is that she had problem with uploading the video to Saleforce Sharepoint. She said she couldn’t put it in there. Our video is completely qualified, mp4 is acceptable for Saleforce Sharepoint, and the video size also doesn’t over maximum.

I have no idea what’s wrong here and she blamed it on me.

What should I do now?

Tell her to convert it to 3gp if she can or you can help her in doing that,let her try to upload that and if it works, convert it back and upload again, am sure it will upload. The file box of where she wants to upload the video might be too small to contain mp4… Best of luck

So I will convert the mp4 video to 3gp, and then what do you mean by “convert it back and upload again”? Does it mean if the 3gp works, we convert the 3gp back to mp4?
